Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Eli Valet services including valet parking, limousine transportation, and exotic car rentals across Houston, Austin, and Dallas.

Acceptance of Terms
- By using Eli Valet services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
- These terms apply to all valet parking, limousine, and exotic car rental services.
- We may update these terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
- If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Valet Parking Services
- Eli Valet assumes temporary custody of your vehicle during valet service.
- We exercise reasonable care in parking and retrieving vehicles.
- Personal items left in vehicles are not covered by our liability.
- Report any damage claims within 24 hours of service completion.
Vehicle Requirements
- Vehicles must be legally registered and insured.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe or illegal vehicles.
- Drivers must present valid identification and vehicle documentation.
- Special handling instructions must be communicated before key handoff.
Limousine & Transportation
- Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for full refund.
- Passengers must comply with all traffic laws and safety requirements.
- Alcohol consumption by passengers under 21 is strictly prohibited.
Exotic Car Rentals
- Renters must be 25 years or older with valid driver license.
- Security deposits and insurance verification are required.
- Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as pickup.
- Unauthorized drivers, racing, or off-road use voids coverage.
Liability Limitations
- Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence.
- We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
- Force majeure events (weather, civil unrest) may affect service delivery.
- Maximum liability is limited to the value of services rendered.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise arranged.
- Corporate and venue accounts are subject to separate agreements.
- Returned payments may result in service suspension and fees.
- Pricing is subject to change with reasonable advance notice.
Dispute Resolution
- Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
- Unresolved disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Texas.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
- Class action waivers apply to all service-related disputes.
